Somabay Egyptian Solar Challenge

The competition, which is organized by the United Arab Emirates from a different emirate every year, is the race that was held in Egypt under the sponsorship of Somabay in 2017. Completing all the preparations by the team, in the race we went with our car S7 but our cargo was retained at the Port of Alexandria. Because of that, we joined together with our sister team Hochschule Bochum Solar Car Team. As Solar Team Solaris, we continued our existence once again despite the impossibilities.
